Ground Rules

I reserve the right to reject your request and I don't need to explain the details of why.Everything that I draw is FICTION. This means that I, as a human, do not always condone the actions of the characters I am requested to draw. ANY form of harassment towards myself or my clients over fiction will result in a hard block. Do not engage with content that makes you uncomfortable.By default, the pieces I draw are not intended for commercial use, and are FORBIDDEN from being fed into any AI or used for any NFT's.I do not always work in slot order. Generally I'll work through the fastest orders first or whatever sparks my motivation at the time. This does not mean I'm neglecting your request.You will be given the chance to request corrections/alterations in the sketch stage but after that point any new corrections will increase the price by $5 - $10.I don't offer refunds after the lineart stage. (If it's dire you can ofc ask but I cannot guarantee I'll be able refund to at that stage. Please be fully aware of this before commissioning me and do not do so if you have pressing financial matters.)My working schedule is Monday to Friday with weekends off for myself.Please communicate with me.
I am your artist, not a mind reader. If something is wrong I expect you to communicate the problem to me so I can fix it.
If you give me an OK when you aren't actually happy with something (as in, you lie to me) and I later hear you complaining about said thing, I will blacklist you from all future work with me.Important note
I will never reach out to anyone via DM's advertising my commissions, nor will I ever publicly ask for your information.
I will never tell you to send any funds under the "friends and family" option. If anyone using my name tries to work with you using these methods, they are a scammer.

Commissions

Before commissioning me please understand that I am a slow working artist. I suffer from several disorders that affect my output, with the biggest contributors being a sleep disorder and unmedicated ADHD.
Due to this I cannot give a solid turnaround time for your commission, even on more simplistic ones like sketches. It really could be anything from a few hours after your purchase to two weeks, to a month.
However I strive to maintain total transparency and open communication with my clients during this time.My clients are always welcome to drop a DM asking for progress but please understand that sometimes there may not be any progress to report at the time.
The easiest way to see what's going on in my life is to occasionally check my Twitter where I'll yap about anything that's preventing me from working at the time.

Once you have confirmed a commission or YCH slot with me your name and the details of your commission will be put on my Trello, which is the easiest way for you to track the progress of your art.
If slots are closed you can always DM me and request to be put on my Ping List for when commissions or certain YCH's become available again.
If you want to be placed on my Waiting List please understand that means that when I contact you, you must have the funds for your request available to immediately be paid.

Adoptables

Purchasing my adopts grants the buyer the rights to the character design, NOT to the original artwork.
Credit MUST be given if the buyer uploads these original files online as well as credit for the original design.Buyer is free to edit the adopt in any way they please after purchase has been made (color palette, hair, clothing, etc).
Buyer may NOT feed my artwork into AI or use my artwork in any relation to generating AI content.
Buyer may NOT claim my original artwork as their own.
Buyer is free to trade, gift or resell the adopt at their leisure but is NOT to sell for a higher price than the original buy UNLESS extra artwork is included and calculated for.
All adopts can be purchased via my ko-fi

Bases

You MAY edit my bases after purchase as long as the guidelines below are still followed.
You MAY create OC's and adoptables with my bases. Commissions using my bases are permitted as long as the commissioner is aware that it's a base.
You MAY edit the base lines however you like.
Credit for this base MUST be given on any artwork uploaded.My bases are NOT to be resold OR edited + resold as if they are your own.
My bases are NOT to be redistributed to outside parties.
My bases are NOT to be traced, reproduced or copied.
All bases can be purchased via my ko-fi

Custom Orders

Custom Mobian/furry adoptables are currently available and begin at $35 base price. These will be completed on my usual base (which can be seen on my shop), unless another base from the shop is requested.
I am willing to create customs on other people's bases as long as it does not violate the other artist's TOS.Custom bases are currently closed.

Payment & Communication

My payments will always be done strictly through a PayPal Invoice or via my ko-fi shop.
Tipping is always an option on my forms but never a requirement.
Partial Payment Plans are available should a commission price go over $200. The final product will be delivered only after the full payment is made.You can contact me via any of my social medias linked below (I'm most active on twitter). Should I not get back to you within 3 days you can use the linked email to let me know.

Additional characters are double the base price.ALL prices are subject to increase depending on the amount of detail in your request. I'm someone who greatly enjoys very detailed work, but that detail will still add to the base price. This includes extras such as pets, weapons, etc.You can request specific poses and other details as long as sufficient reference is provided.Feel free to tell me a bit about your characters! Knowing their personality helps me to portray them better.
